USA Sports Courts Ltd is a limited company. We trade as USA Sports Courts. We provide Pickleball Courts Installation and related sports court installation, resurfacing, lighting, and base preparation.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or bypass security. Content on the site is for general information. Site content is not a substitute for a project-specific scope and written quote.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Final scope may change after a site review. If conditions differ from what was shared, we may revise the scope, timeline, and price. Scope changes must be agreed in writing.
You are responsible for giving accurate access details and site information. You are responsible for ensuring we can access the work area as agreed. You are responsible for any third party approvals you control, such as HOA permissions. You are responsible for locating and disclosing known underground utilities when applicable. If you request work on an existing slab or surface, results depend on its condition.
Permits and approvals may be required for some projects. Rules vary by location and project type. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for permit applications and fees. We can support planning by sharing required project details when available.
We will agree a planned schedule based on scope and availability. Delays may occur due to weather, site readiness, material lead times, or approvals. If delays happen, we will update you with a revised plan.
Payment terms will be stated in your written quote or agreement. If a deposit is required, work may not start until it is received. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
We may use third party materials and products. Manufacturer terms may apply to those products. We do not extend or replace manufacturer warranties. Care and maintenance affect surface life and performance.
Courts require routine care. Outdoor surfaces are affected by weather, drainage, and usage. We do not guarantee zero maintenance or lifetime results. We will explain practical care steps at handover when applicable.
All site content, logos, and text are owned by USA Sports Courts Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reuse our content without written permission.
Our site may link to third party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may end services if the other party materially breaches the agreement. Payment is due for completed work and committed costs up to the end date.
